The Project
Faire Tower is a residential tower of 31 magnificent stories, that comprises 90 dwelling units, from 3.5-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats with large balconies, up to mini-penthouses, lofts, and penthouses with private swimming pools, and boasts a luxurious double lobby, a guard’s post, a private cinema hall, a fitness room, a business lounge, and intimate spacious sitting areas.

Location Faire Tower is being constructed in the center of the renovated city of Ramat Gan, near leading shopping malls such as The Ramat Gan Mall, The Design Centre, various business centres, The Diamond Exchange Compound, Ramat Hahayal, and within steps to the Yarkon Park which extends over an area of some 3,500 dunams (about 900 acres).

The Architect
Faire Tower was planned and designed by the Cnaan-Shenav Architects firm, along the lines of the “Excellent reen”
standard, which facilitates savings of energy and maximum observance of quality of the environment.
