The Project
The built-up area includes three stories and a half level basement, totaling approximately 920 sq.m, of which 150 sq.m are for balconies. The building includes 110 sq.m of garden space. There is an option to increase the building by a further 200 sq.m. (plans for changing the building classification and adding a top floor is in zoning stages
of licensing procedures). The total area will be 1100 sq-m.

Location
Beit Hadar on 8 Rabbi Akiva Street, one of the most beautiful structures built at the end of the Ottoman period, is located in the center of Jerusalem and was built by the Salameh family in 1926. It is part of the “Mishkenot Hadar” project whose construction and development was recently completed. The project includes a new building, made up of 15 exclusive flats, which was designed by architect Guy Igra, of the Meltzer, Igra, Cohen Architecture firm.
